How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your MannApp account and associated data, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Send a Deletion Request

Email us at deletion@mann.app with the following information:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your MannApp username (if different from email)
  • Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account

Step 2: Verification

We will respond within 5 business days to verify your identity and confirm the deletion request.

Step 3: Account Deletion

Once verified, your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

What Data is Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your account profile and login credentials
  • Personal information (name, email, phone number, address)
  • User-generated content (posts, comments, profile pictures)
  • Usage data and activity logs
  • Billing information
  • Communication history with our support team

What Data is Retained

For legal and operational requirements, we may retain certain data for specific periods:

  • Financial records: Kept for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes
  • Legal compliance data: Retained as required by applicable laws
  • Anonymised analytics data: May be retained for service improvement (with all personal identifiers removed)

Important Information

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • You will lose access to all MannApp services immediately upon deletion
  • If you have active subscriptions, please cancel them before requesting deletion
  • For children’s accounts, the parent/guardian must make the deletion request
